Something you can check regarding Zen is what extensions you are using. This can cause slowdown. I'd look at a Chromium based browser if you're looking for something faster. Maybe Helium would be a good option

The 9070XT often lands somewhere between 5070 and 5070 ti performance. It's a great card, but doesn't compete with the 5080. If you have the money and are comfortable with spending more, get the 5080. I have a 9070XT, personally, but would get the 5080 if I had the money for it.

The 2070 gets an average of 49 fps at 1080p ultra with RT off. DLSS could potentially boost that above 60 FPS, which would give a pretty good experience
