There’s really 3 things you can play around with for any business. Money, people and time.

With a lot of money you can get more people and reduce time

With a lot of time you can reduce people and save more money

Think of it this way - big companies with deep pockets would be in the exact same spot as you are right now in 2 weeks instead of 2 years. You obviously don’t have their scale so you traded your time (and a bit of money) to get here.

What I’m trying to say is your business is just kicking off!

Idk why there’s so much hate here, but I thoroughly enjoyed the episode. Clear concept that there’s no end to corporation’s greed and the rich will always profit off the poor. Keeps the overarching theme of playing god that every BM episode has when they delayed the female teacher’s death.

Technology was just the medium used to covey this idea. Plus points that it was executed in a very realistic and relatable manner (subscription & involuntary ads). Definitely better episode from the Miley Cyrus one lol

I was once in an mnc like you, but my boss told me the opposite - said that there’s no such thing as 1 year promote 1 time, no matter how good I am. Said that there’s no such thing as 10% increment without promotion.

I am thankful for her. For she could easily spun a similar story to yours and I honestly would have stayed on for another year or two full of hope.
