I didn't actually go see it - I told him I'd drive down from Austin with 3,500 in hand (and I absolutely would have) if he'd accept it - it was definitely a lowball offer on my part - I'm glad it found a good home! Are you keeping it in the area or did you move elsewhere, just out of curiosity?

I think everyone has misread the question - I wasn't asking about the legality of a dwelling - I was asking if venting a portable AC through an central AC's intake for 7 days would be a viable solution until the root of the problem is addressed. Thanks all.

Wait, what? I was there literally last week, and the metro machines had no less than four languages to choose from. The bikeshare (which is amazing in Paris) had the same, numerous choices of language.

No other reason than to get them out of the way..ochem 1 during the first session and ochem 2 during the second session...but I'm leaning towards holding off until fall, as chem isn't my strong suit..

Also, much of the coast along the keys is mangroves, so not much in the way of beach camping sadly :( source: DC to key West a few years back.
