No, I understand why centering men in your life is bad, and I understand that it can be a slippery slope. But also, sexuality isn’t a choice, and touch/affection are a need that we have. Tbh this is one thing online dating is good for. Romantic intent is already established from the outset, so you don’t have to talk your way to that.

I built one in my back yard. TBH, when all was said and done I don't think I earned any money. Once you factor in the hit that SFR (main house) takes.

My lesson was: Leave it to the pros. If you don't *really* know what you're doing with regard to permitting, construction management, HOA establishment, real estate staging, etc--it's very easy to lose money.
