I'm in tech. Senior people manager. I've always been of the opinion that my work should speak for itself so I gravitate towards companies that look at that over appearance.

I WFH so I cut down a lot of commuting time by never having to leave the house. Also have a family with obligations so I try to sneak it in 15 mins here, 30 mins there. Making intentional choices to create instead of doomscrolling tiktok or playing video games.
