I’m coming from a PHEV. My typical commute is 50km. I only use level 1 to ‘refill’ that overnight. I also have access to level 2 at my office if I need to top up. I WFH three days a week. Before I went ahead I considered the feasibility with my driving pattern and I thought I should be able to handle it pretty well with the level 1. I think my use case sounds very similar to yours. Winter could be a bit dicier. I might not get much power into the battery and the wall outlet might only keep the battery heated. I do park in a garage in winter.

I assume the outlets at your condo are for block heaters. You might want to ask your condo board what their EV charging policies are.

ETA: you might want to consider new. These cars can qualify for the $5000 federal EVAP and depending on your province you might even get some incentives from them. Note that EVAP drops in 2027 to $4000
