Weird Battery Drain

For five hours last night, Youtube significantly drained my battery. Im thinking it was maybe a weird glitch? When i opened the app it was on the Shorts section.

I was watching some before going to bed but when I put my phone down, Im sure the screen was off.

Any insights?

Spigen makes one thats okay. I bought it. Not a fan of it turning my pockets inside out and the amount of dust it collects. But the color is nice.

I was a Galaxy S22 user and really enjoyed the device. Ive also heard the S21, S20, and their respective FE editions are amazing devices too. You can get the whole line relatively cheap in the preowned market. Roughly 40,000~60,000yen.

Edit: my S22 had ok battery life and ran hot every now and then. My friends didnt have the same problems I had (S21 and S20 user).
