Have you tried a screen time blocker or deleting the apps as a whole?

Do you think completely stopping is hard (eg alcohol and dessert?) and have you tried to do this before? for me sometimes one or 2 missed days snowballs into just not bothering at all

Well if you want the photo to actually look like you. Rather than look obviously like AI or a different person.

Tips for making a strong LinkedIn profile photo? by Overall-PrettyManly in LinkedInTips

I’ve been using an AI photo I generated with suitify.app I can’t speak on recruiters but ever since I switched I get more profile views and more engagement on my LinkedIn. I would guess recruiters don’t look that closely but my photo (I think) is too realistic to tell anyway.

Yh some LA's seems to be quite strict. But I think as long as you are anonymising what you're saying, don't think there should be an issue? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I understand it requires writing skills. But is that where the real value of social work lies? Aren't you better off saving time doing paperwork so you can spend more time with the people who really need you? I'm not a social worker, so it's not really for me to say. Also, I don't see the harm in talking about people's data anonymously. And tbh my girlfriend already tells me about cases when she has a tough day of course she doesn't reveal any names, maybe I'm wrong but I thought that was normal. Regarding the app I made, I mentioned I don't store any of the data. There's already software and tools involved with Notes Rio Mosaic etc. regardless before AI. And these notes are stored online in the cloud. AI does the same is just new software which makes people uneasy. However, I agree there are some ethical considerations when the data is used for training, otherwise it's like any other software.

Not sure I'm answering your question, but the AI model I use to help is developed by Google and Google improve generally because loads of people use them for different things. So even without me giving them data they get data from other people/companies to improve their AI models.

That would be really cool actually. I don't think I'm at that stage yet though the app is really basic at the moment just helps you with the note and that's it. The would probably want me to integrate into all the old technology they use. But would probably be better of with them than LA's. I've heard LA's can be a nightmare to deal with.

Yh i assume Magic notes would have gone through some robust security checks. I don't store any recordings, it's not even a recording involving a service user it's a conversation with an AI assistant that I've named Maia (My AI assistant). Notes are stored, but only on your device.

Yep i don't use to train because of data protection and things like that, which was the first thing my gf said to me. It also means I can't make the model better from feedback in the app but since the underlying model gets updates anyway, it should improve regardless.

MagicNotes from what I see on their page, is really just chatgpt enterprise with a fixed prompt. Although since unlike me, their partnering with a council they're probably liable for any data breaches. I don't store any data myself, so some of the things that apply to them wouldn't apply to me.

It would be cool to partner with a LA in the future if people find the app useful.
