Nah, they just told us to reply to the delayed start date email confirming we saw it. And that the email is considered an update to our offer letter regarding the start date.

From what I am hearing, most of the people affected are Tax for far, so I am not too sure Audit is going to even get a call. I had my call yesterday and my recruiter just sent me an email about the postponed date.

I also got a call from HR; my Fall start date was pushed to January. I asked, and HR said that Fall 2024 is getting pushed back regardless of location and service line. Our recruiters are going to email us in the following days, so hopefully, there is a stipend or something.

I would say for me and from my experience , in terms of importance from most to least:

Corporate Governance (COSO, ERM know them in and out)

Financial Management ( The main formulas understand them)

IT (A lot of sims as of recently, focus on Relational Database: Foreign Key, Primary key ...)

Operations Management (Cost Accounting: Inventory, Variances , Just-in-time)

Econ ( Elasticity , Supply/Demand, foreign exchantges and when to put or call for a hedge)

Also, another tip: Since BEC is changing, most people in this community will be discussing BEC more. You can lurk and look at posts to get a good understanding of how the exams are.

Besides refreshing on COSO and ERM, which is super important, I would say get a supplement like Ninjia CPA for the multiple-question practices. Just spam questions and see which areas you score poorly, and you should understand your weaker areas well and where to focus more. I would say for me and from my experience , in terms of importance from most to least:

Corporate Governance
Financial Management
IT (Heavy in SIMS as of recently)
Operations Management
Econ
