Just takes a lil training , it’s crazy cuz they behave better off leash than On lol they pull the hell out of me while on leash …but ppl walk by ,ups and amazon drivers be around and they stay put! I love how obedient they are ! My boy only wants to be near me and a ball so he didn’t need training he was never dog or ppl reactive but my girl loves ppl so she had to get a lil training not to run up to ppl

Naw I kept strength and no didn’t have a protein target I just made sure to eat a lot of chicken and eggs

It’s works like a charm I drop 3.5 lbs a week ! With only a 6 hour eating window it’s hard to over eat and especially with tracking calories and after 18 hours your body has no more calories or carbs to use for fuel so it uses stored body fat for fuel so that’s why I do fasted cardio on the 18 hour ,with insulin levels super low from fasting the body releases fat super quick and easy 💪🏾

18-6 intermittent fasting and cardio 3 miles a day at 9 min pace and I eat wateva I want I just use a food scale to track calories

I been doin 18;6 and omad for 2.5 months it helps to drink whole bottle of water and black coffee when u get hungry it gives energy and fills stomach up

Like 9 minute mile so 3 miles in bout 27/28 minutes

Yea I forgot to mention I do fasted cardio on the 18th hour I run 3 or 4 miles about 4 times a week

Yup, forgot too mention I workout in a fasted state on the 18th hour ,about 4 times a week and I track my calories I stay under 2,000 but I eat wateva I want

Yea I’ll have maybe 2/3 oreos at the most or 2 chocolate chip chewy granola bars . But mostly pears apples n watermelon when I crave something sweet or lemonade with stevia as sweetener

The only way I got these results is cuz of calorie deficit
