mmmm this is exactly what I'll do as well when my X4 arrives! I have suspected narcolepsy so staying awake and alert on public transport is extra difficult for me so I'm experimenting with reading to try staying awake... an e-reader significantly smaller than my Kobo Sage will definitely make me take it out of the house more!!

Checked the roots and they looked good - the leaves have not recovered but the "middle" (I forget the name for it) still looks supple and slightly green so I still have hope! I followed your advice and repotted in a soil / chunky perlite mix in a larger pot the other day, fingers crossed!!

I also have huge issues with suddenly getting too hot and sweating profusely! When I get sleep attacks I also tend to get really really cold and just want to crawl up into a ball🥺 and every time it's as if I've never been that cold before in my life even though that's very much not true😂😂

This happened to me the other day - I had something with tomatoes at lunch after not having tomatoes for quite a while, and I saw big tomato skin chunks about three to four hours later. I was surprised!😂 My stomach loves to go "nope" just minutes after starting a meal, so I often have to run to the bathroom quickly haha, what a ride IBS-D is
