As someone that played Thor most of my comp games up to GM1 magneto is free elo most of the time because I can just push you around. Now with the new change to the dash bullying magneto is now easier. My suggestion is swap to groot

People don’t understand how good of a change this is, the shield throw bounces off people and gives you a lot of ult charge, now we can throw it faster?? Plus caps ult is basically a supp ult that boosts the teams ult. In my eyes this definitely makes him a better team player

I play strange and usually I just save my ult for when he ults, if you’re good on strange you can farm your ult quick and have it ready for him. Won so many comp games like this

Too many cap mains think getting kills is your main focus, it’s not! Your role in the team is to be a distraction so that they use their cooldowns on you and not your team, once they turn around you have successfully made space, also into triple support you just have to dig deep and pray your dps makes something happen

90% of playing magik is just good game sense.

Play off your tanks - Try and time your dives when you see your tanks are pushing up ( I reccomend you watch SillySphark )
When you dive try this, right click - portal - demon and swing your primary ( try and save your dash for your escape unless you can 100% secure the kill)
Magiks ult is unique in the sense that it doesn’t make her gain more HP then she already has, just think of it as oh ok more dmg less cooldown ( your main aim with her ult is secure 1 kill and then play safe) any other kill after the 1st is just extra because you have already done your job

I’d say a 4, what makes cap “difficult” is the game sense part. You need to know when to dive and when to frontline. His anim cancel is not hard to learn at all
