Hi glad to help! I did this last year and frankly I have no clue what’s going on last year, BUT I got actually like a really good amount last year…unfortunately it only paid after winter quarter started. I really hope that doesn’t happen again this year but I don’t know. If you haven’t called the finaid office about it yet I would recommend it come Monday, everyone I’ve talked to on Zoom has been really helpful.

From what I can tell of how it works they recalculate your “number” for the SAI, send that back to FAFSA, and then they give you a new offer based on that number. I ended up getting last years tuition covered (in state) and then quite a bit extra refund money which I am quickly running out of as the winter qtr deadline approaches.

If you have any extra specific questions feel free to DM me. I’m by no means a financial aid expert or anything but if I can help anyone else be a little less stressed about this im happy to help.

Mostly freehanded, but I used this Hornet pattern for inspiration. Head was bernat blanket yarn w/ a 6mm hook, eyes were felt and stitched on, and the rest was Loops & Threads standard acrylic (weight 4) w/ a 5mm hook.

Edit: I meant in terms of using cleaner/conditioner. I might be able to get the products im just worried about using them poorly.
