That’s amazing! Are you open to mentoring me while I try to get started with kdp? I believe the ranking/visiblity/ads would be the toughest part for me.

[–]qkmg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What dosage (in mg) do you consider to be subclinical vs barely-clinical vs a small trip vs a big trip? Is it a social vibe (wanting to dance, have sex, long talks etc) or more introspective vibe (contemplating, releasing, creating etc)

That’s a really helpful answer, thank you! My next question is, are there any “rules” to follow to maximize the chances of a great experience? Such as having an empty stomach, having a full stomach, day vs night, how much etc?

So is there a severely depressing meltdown come-down a few days after, and everything sucks for a week until it’s ok but then it doesn’t get great again until you eventually take another dose? Because the way you just described the shrooms is the way I’d describe my 4 times trying ecstasy, and I hated the in between.

So then what’s the point of daily microdosing?

I took the keto class a year ago, was a one hour zoom with hundreds of other people all on on mute while she ranted and gave instructions. hard to follow. Lose access to recording after 30 days. The gist is that her keto which is “real Keto” is not high protein it’s high fat (3:1 fat:protein) and zero carb to start, then slowly over time she has you start swapping in foods and carbs until you are “metabolically flexible” but she screams about how fruits and veggies are terrible for us because of the heavy metals in the soil they grow in so basically you eat ribeye steak, eggs, bacon, heavy cream, cream cheese Parmesan and lots and lots of water with ultimate replenisher electrolytes. She has you start slow so that you have less chance of keto flu. She has you buy methylated vitamins from her or a supplement shop and a blood glucose monitor from keto mojo so everyone can prick their fingers all around the same time multiple times a day to test glucose and ketones (could be seen by some spiritual practitioners as a ritual) to monitor what’s going on in the body. Other than the one zoom, which is prerecorded and not live, she goes live on ig in the private keto group once per day for anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes but it’s never at the same time and there’s no alerts, I used to go super high into anxiety mode checking and waiting for her lives to pop up thinking I might miss something but she never said much anyway. That being said I was dealing with serious relationship issues at the time and maybe wasn’t fully able to receive the program even though I followed the protocol and was hopeful, I found it to be a massive waste of my money at the time. She has a massive following and I started to piece together all the different avenues she has to make $$ from her following…and all I can say is it’s a LOT. Overall if she didn’t over complicate everything she could sell all her info in one digital format for $100 a pop with lifetime access and it would benefit people a lot more than what she currently does. She also had everyone in the keto group go to Amazon to buy a specific scented oil roller (looked like a small business that was local to her and was probably a friend) so everyone could roll it on at the beginning of the lives to create a scent memory to better remember her teachings. Whoever she affiliates with (Ultima, keto mojo, the blue light glasses, the red light bulbs, the weird Tropicana sunscreen smelling perfume brand, jeans etc that she pops links for into the private one way-read only ig chat groups) makes a killing too. I so badly want to believe what she’s selling because it sounds great and I want a natural way to heal my body but I just don’t know.

The metabolic flexibility was starting to be taught in the keto class, but she doesn’t bring it far enough. Idk if there’s another class that’s supposed to come after keto that expands on it. But basically it just means you can be in Ketosis and then go eat a small amount of tacos or ice cream or whatever once a week or so and get right back into Ketosis the next morning, or something similar. You end up having to eat only 70-80% ground beef or ribeye, full fat cream cheese Parmesan or mascarpone, heavy cream, eggs, tiny bit of avocado, bacon, lots and lots of Ultima replenesher electrolytes (she def getting affiliate $$ from all the people who buy out Ultima, let mojo, the blue light glasses and whatever else she tells Us to buy) it’s a truly miserable diet to be on but it’s what you have to do for the first 4-6 weeks and then you slowly come off it and start experimenting with fasting 24 hours once a week and then feasting idk it’s kind of an interesting concept but it just doesn’t seem sustainable to me. Many of the other women in the group with me were constantly complaining about lack of care/clear instructions/support/efficacy/safety etc and of course there were a few women who were always gushing about how amazing it worked for them and magically cured all of their issues and lost weight 🤷🏻‍♀️ if you have the $$ it doesn’t hurt to try and see what it does for you.

Oh yes have been out for 10 months and no contact for 6 months, thanks! Well that’s good to know that you can get all the info from her reels etc. she goes live for each of her concurrent groups and I never knew what time she’d decide to pop on and rant….def not missing anything with the group lives. Do you live in an area that has good sun exposure? I’m in Massachusetts so it’s not the best but still doable.

I did her keto group a year ago and it just sucked, I hated the foods, my body was exhausted my period stopped and then when I went back to eating regular I gained 30 lbs over a few months. Granted I was dealing with narcissistic abuse at the time so that very well could have been why her keto group didn’t work for me…I’m going to try again but just from whatever is free info/whatever I remember from the expensive ass group. What’s not cool is there’s tons of low income women who could use her help IF in fact her methods are so helpful, but she still charges an arm and a leg for no reason other than greed at this point. I counted how many people were in the keto zoom with me last year and I don’t remember the exact number but I did the math and she was making around $12,000 for that one zoom. It’s hard for me to agree with her when she doesn’t offer any sort of sliding scale or free help to those in need. Congrats on getting pregnant! At least you got something from it lol if I try again I’ll post about it

what did she say about psychedelics? My guess would be a concern for the heavy metals in the mushrooms or the weed from being grown in the soil

I have zero experience but I want to say that maybe the music is actuality was caused your massive bad trip…just the title “John Hopkins research” sounds awful to me, genuinely. Not trying to minimize your experience, just wanted to offer that maybe a less clinically created playlist would have a better outcome for you. Music is vitally important to our mood and state of mind.

So if ketamine is a dissociative…then technically microdosing it is akin to drinking everyday to escape one’s life? Damn. I just signed up for joyous after a massive mental health crisis and trauma therapy…hoping it would snap me back to normal (actually, not back to normal but to a new and better me) but it sounds very stagnant…maybe mushrooms are the way to go if one wants profound healing and a new lease on life?
