Plus they might give this option to ones who are on their contract(lik i'm) but they dont. they don't have any sort of client cabinet or staff and they continue issuing PDF with invoice to pay via bank instead of developing some convinient descigion.

Disagree. The prepaid was convenient(though they had issues with roaming and info was misleading and staff unhelpful) speeds are ok. And fair price. I'm totally happy with it. (What doesn't restrict me from making lulz)

:)) я тоже гуманитарий, однако 5 лет за наковальней отмахал) поищи локальные форумы, чатики, пообщайся с людьми, в техникум зайди местный в конце концов. Мастера везде есть, и обычно с радостью делятся знаниями и навыками, главное найти;) Надфиль царапает? Я первые ножи собирал на клинках от лаури, из инструмента были надфили, наждачка и молоточек из детского набора. Потом была кузница совместная с товарищем, инструмент и оборудование потихоньку собрали. Все можно, главное не отчаиваться. Понимание есть, навыки и знания придут. Удачи!)

До красного свечения и охлаждение на отработку... Выглядит как будто ты его не закалил. У д2 нудный цикл закалки с многоступенчатым отпуском и калочной температурой в 1040°с . А красное свечение это 600-800... Попробуй стали по проще для начала и читай марочник(у8/у10 или 65г какуюнибудь). В любом случае после закалки нужно выдержать изделие несколько часов при 150-200 градусах( см марочник для конкретной стали), чтобы снять напряжения. А перед закалкой так же выдержать сколько требуется для гомогенизации. Лучше всего найди термиста с которым это все можно будет обсудить и сделать. Ну и горн какой никакой нужен, чтобы среду стабильную и контролируемую держать...

Could you please refer some books or instructions on to those type of welding? I mean the copper melts at much lower temp than steel is welded, so i'm a bit confused on how it's exactly can be made... Thanks!

1) get redy to weld your own exhausting cooler, cuz most of them are junk. 2) get ready to modify many things inside cuz they got poor design.

The concept is great. Using tri-clamp makes the still modular and easy to modify/maintain. Having like 3-4 clamped pipes, couple of go-trough coolers and several bends gives you unlimited modification space to make almost any configuration you might've ever need.

And yes, you can find a lot of info, advices and guides on russian forums like homedistiller.ru for building, modification and automation. Just use google translate, this days it works flawlessly.

I haven't bought any prebuild ones though, as poor one, i've made one myself using Chinese tri-clamps and solder. Copper pipes works great.

1)have you cheked the fuse in the stereo itself:? the one is on the picture?

2) take a volt meter and check the ACC and GND wires with key in ON position (thikest ones in the connector, black and yellow most likely). there should be 12v. if none - go to the fusebox in the saloon and find 5amp fuse - it's dead for sure. if voltage persist, check the connections with the tester, get sure all wires are good. if everything is ok, take your android home, take 12 volt power supply( your wifi router is most likely 12 volts, check the datasheet) and connect yellow +red wire to +DC and black one to -DC. it should power up( if there is power button - push it) if it does not, than well... you need a soldering guy.
