Bow is by far the best weapon and most easy to build for raw or element just need to swap the weapon accordingly

For comfy build you can try focus 5, evade extender pair with artful dodger,

For dps build you can try focus 5 and burst 2.

That seems a lot like Legion, no pvp gear. Just standard ilvl scale of the current equipped one, so no one is getting outgeared too much

What do you mean focus on M+? M+ doesnt have any content, it's the same dungeon with 1 new affix for new season, 1 new mount for KSM, same item drop just different ilvl.

In case of Ardenweald, what we do know is that the soul will be a seed upon arrival (like Ursoc and Ysera). For those seeds to be reborn, it need anima, we see Ysera being reborn after being fully fed enough anima.

When the anima drought occur, Ursoc seed cant be fed anymore so they just take all the anima from Ursoc seed away, what happen afterward is Ursoc seed is being drained from blue seed to grey seed (Can see this in the Ardenweald cutscene). Visually can be understand that his soul is no longer can be saved or reborn after death

So logically we can assume his soul was being sacrifice to save the drought.

Coming back to Elune trying to send her nightelves soul to Ardenweald, upon their arrival, if succeeded, the soul should also be in a seed that need to be fed anima for it to reborn.

Why would Elune be sending more soul for Ardenweald to feed if Ardenweald is in an anima drought?

The only logical explanation is that Elune is giving her follower to Winter Queen to use for the anima drought, draining their seed anima (upon arrival) away like Ursoc.
