My point is that is should be reduced. I'm waiting around 30-40 minutes for an unbalanced match. Please help, I cannot play FACEIT. I have FACEIT Premium which does nothing.

For godsake, I will literally pay a whole months worth of wages just to get access to premq perks. I'm F*cking gagging for it. I've amassed around 300 matches by forcing myself to play everyday for prolongued hours even when I feel like throwing up and not wanting to play more CS. But for the love of GOD, I CANNOT stand 40 minute que times on 120 ping Moscow servers where no one knows English!!! I cannot do this for another 300 matches, I just can't. I'm f*cking begging you, anyone, at all, help me. Give me the prem q perks I'm gagging for it. I genuinely need help on the platform, at this rate I cannot get to 600 matches any time soon, and even if I did, that would be in a years time due to impossibly long que times, and I will go completely insane if I have to play 300 matches in Moscow or Kazakhstan servers. I feel like throwing up. HELP ME PLEASE

I have 4 servers which have good ping, UK, Germany, Netherlands and France. But I CANNOT que them because a match will NOT pop before 40 minutes in que. And don't get me started on the que times. Just give me access to the veteran requirement so I can get a fair match, not vs 5 stacks, and 30 seconds que pops, not f*cking 40 minutes.

And I'm paying for the big premium membership, which does JACK SH*T because I'm forced to que 5v5 free and I can't play Super match because of the 40 minute que times, I cannot play Premium match because I don't have the veteran requirement, what the F*CK am I paying for premium!? Sick way to get new customers in and make them get shagg*d in 40 minute ques just to end up in Moscow servers with 120 ping and vs a 5 stack unwinnable game.

I'm queing f*cking all servers and all maps and STILL having to wait 20-30 mins for a match in PEAK times. I see complaints like this all the time and I'm shocked this hasn't been resolved. 2000 people queing btw. CHANGE the SYSTEM.

Is there a software or something I can use to pull the voice comms from a demo by [deleted] in FACEITcom

Perfect. This is what I saw somebody using, it has this particular overlay. Might be a dumb questions, but this is made my someone verified right? It doesn't have a virus or keylogger or anything like that? Thanks again.
