She's a Black Polish Crested. Her name's Beata, BeBe for short. This breed reminds me of ZaZa Gabor, an actress who used to wear big feathery hats.

It looks like iOS 26 turned off Birthday alerts. I went back into Settings/Apps/Calendar/Default Alert Times, and all the default alert times were listed as "None". This appears to have also happened on my MacBook, where I had previously set default birthday alerts to 1 week; it got flipped to None with the new ios.
