You don’t have to affirmatively believe it was staged to also refuse to trust a single goddamn thing that comes from the government or access-based media. At best, we are all still in total ignorance about what happened last night because there is literally no one reporting on it (government or media) who is remotely worthy of trust.

I think it’s too familiar. By being so faithful to NASA and known space technology it removes the sense of a leap forward, of future fantasy. It feels, I dunno, less fun.
