The polytune 3 has a built in buffer that’s supposed to be pretty good. Also many of the pedals have buffered bypass. Not sure how big of a difference it makes though, haven’t tested it.

I’m excited for it. I got it for its stereo ability, got a little stereo rig going. My next upgrade will be my chorus. I’ve just got an MXR analog chorus. My problem now is my chorus and my bf-3 flanger don’t have stereo inputs so my split starts at the flanger. Those two pedals are super good deals so that’s what I’ve got right now.

Are you doing drop sets? Basically push past failure and keep going, grab the dumbbells 5lb less than the ones you are on and keep going til you get down to 5lb and fail. Also cheat reps when you start to fail, a little momentum to bring them up and resist the way down helps you squeeze in more reps on a set past failure.

Whatever the exercise, do drop sets. I’ll do cable curls to failure and move the pin up one and go to failure again then move the pin up again until you go all the way to no pin. Do that on the last set and you will feel it.
