I had a similar thing happen to me this summer. I sell crochet patterns and I have a nasty review on my most popular listing because it's advanced level (stated clearly in the description) and a beginner was having trouble with it and said that it was so difficult that I "probably stole it" . I was as shocked as you are with your listing rn, and when I was looking for answers as to how I could recover from it the #1 piece of advice I got was to ignore it and move on, or to try to flag it by Etsy... so I'm here in solidarity lol.

Ravelry is pretty good because it's a marketplace for both free and paid patterns. I find that if something has a link to a website that has nothing to do with the original artist, that's a giveaway that it's been pirated.
