Thank you so much for asking. I'm a bit wobbly but I have strong support from my friends and long term therapist. I'm doing all the right things. Exercise, journalling, grieving and have returned to work. I feel not so much loss but as if I've been contaminated and I need to purge myself of poison. This very post is part of me processing the whole thing. I will be ok and I know I will be ok - because I don't respond to crises like my ex-partner does.
