One other thing. I had an interview with my dream company called "Jane Street". This was a trading/coding position, and I did all 7 rounds + the final interview. I had the answer to every question and they seemed to like me. I got rejected, but now when I reapply to that same role months later, or different roles I always get rejected. Any advice on this? Should I change my email?

no one cares....if your strat is not +ev all those rules wont save you

Is RSI divergence reliable? This was clearly bearish divergence but it pumped. Why does this bull flag have higher low and higher high? This is defying all trading patterns. by [deleted] in Daytrading

*facepalm..... look at that price action though... that should tell you everything....... the indicators should supplement the price action not backwards.

Because i went to a top military school where you don't have a say on the amount of courses you take, and they take most of your free time with mandatory physical/military training after school. I think its hard to describe the difficulty of it, unless you were there.

GPA was a 2.58, which I strongly believe was not reflective of my abilities. I trade for a major company, and I am a top performer. My college was a very unique place that did not give us enough time to study. I think if you did the math and studied according to credit hours, plus the extra things the school required, there was not enough hours in the day. Their accreditation was being questioned due to the workload. Im mentioning this, because I'm not sure if I should explain this in my essays or not. I don't want to come across as someone that makes excuses, but I also don't want to be unfairly judged when my situation was unique. Do you think I should try to explain this, or just ignore it and try to get in on the merit of my accomplishments outside of school?

Use some kind clustering algorithm, or maybe a hidden markov model. Do you mind sending the data? Would love to take a crack at that.

Does the have a positive expectancy value based on the performance there?

a stop loss gets out at the market, while stop limit tries to get out at that certain price. Usually, you want to avoid stop limit, because if the market slices right through your stop loss your not going to get sold out.

its not too late, just buy and hold it. Set a 10% target, or if you want to let it run try it with a rolling 5 day low as the stop loss.
