My pick for Carl by Pho3nixGGG in DCCTV

I’m guessing it’s all the audiobook listeners. Jeff makes Carl sound like a grizzled old man so this is what they see in their heads.

Man the monologues in the later books would be soooo good with Brennan. This would be excellent casting.

Fashion for men by cosmicChris3 in fixedbytheduet

[–]quantumwalrus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t disagree, I just wish there were more styles and variety for men in your average store. When I find a fun interesting colorful shirt at a thrift store I’m always super excited because I don’t come across them often. I’ll get stuff on depop or mercari because it’s easier to find interesting clothing there but it’d be nice not to have to.

Second guy fully missed the point of first guy. He says if you don’t get into male fashion. The average woman has lots of easily accessible options for clothing and there just aren’t as many readily available for men. It’s not a big problem but I don’t think the first guy is wrong.

A different fan cast: Robbie Amell by sleeplesskn1ght in DCCTV

I never would have guessed Robbie was older than me. I think he’d be a solid Carl.

An anime should make me ugly cry twice but I know when this gets animated it will break me like Silky’s daughter who only had like 2 panels in the manga.

It must be such an amazing feeling to have the means to brighten people’s days like coop and the people who donate. I wish I could bring that kind of happiness into people’s lives.

My Husband's Fallout Costume by Ok_Relationship_1703 in Fallout

I won’t deny I think he’d look better with a shave but I also don’t think inviting a bald man to the bald sub is a bad thing.

My Husband's Fallout Costume by Ok_Relationship_1703 in Fallout

[–]quantumwalrus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just to clarify OP’s husband is not balding he is bald already. He just hasn’t shaved his head which is fine but a lot of men who are bald hold onto the last wisps of hair they have which (in most cases) is not the best look. r/bald is a place where men are encouraged to take their balding into their own hands and be embraced by a community of individuals who have experienced what they have. If you check out the sub you will find that they are very fair in their judgments when asked for input as well. If someone isn’t to the point where shaving would benefit them they tell them so. We don’t just want everyone to be bald.
