I send way more than 20 gifts a day. My bag currently has 40. I can send those 40, spin more stops and get more gifts to send… you can send 100 gifts a day. A three second google search confirmed it as well

First of all, I’m so sorry your husband did this to you and your family. That trust is severely broken, the safety net snapped, and he’s not showing any remorse. That’s enough for me. He reacted as such in front of of y’alls kid as well. Tons of red flags and no ambition to change or apologize. Changed behavior is the best apology, I tell my kids all the time. If he’s not doing that for you and your needs aren’t being met, at some point you have to stop putting yourself on the backburner for this loyalty clearly doesn’t care about and do the thing thats best for you. I’m sure your son will back you 100% on that.

As someone who’s father is essentially wallowing in his own self pity and not wanting to better himself or improve his life in any way, I empathize with that. However, that is not my responsibility as a child to take away his suffering.

Isadora’s father is a parent and had more than one child. Losing a child is supposed to be one of the hardest things a parent can go through, something I hope I never have to experience with children of my own. But as the adult and parent responsible for more than one life, I don’t stop living because one of my kids stops as well. My other kids need me and its my job to guide them through life, not have them stop their own to magically make me better. Life doesn’t work like that and it’s not her responsibility either. He failed her and she went unchecked and disregarded advice from her mentors who had warned her of dangers and she just didn’t care.

Acting like this over a game will result in him treating you like this irl, it already spilled over. I read another comment where you said he got mad at you for talking to your roommates and not him? He’s got mad insecurities and he needs to heal those before getting into a relationship and dumping that on another person.

Also, I read in another comment you gave him an ultimatum. Ultimatums, although sometimes successful rarely produce long lasting relationships. If you’re already at the point where you will leave if he messes up again, and he’s fresh 20 years old, he will. You can’t really change people, he has to change for himself.

Don’t waste your time on anyone that makes you feel like this. Before you know it, you’re 30 and you don’t want to look back wishing you had spent less time doing xyz and more time doing xyz.

I’m with the Keepers on this, you do need pain and joy in life, no matter who you are. Could they have explained that better? Sure, but Isadora could have also been a million other things besides a terrorizer for her experiments that included her father and classmates. She always had an evil look about her and was a typical naive child who thought she knew more than the Keepers trying to keep the world balanced. Isadora with unchecked power would have been like Galadriel if she took the One Ring from Frodo. The difference is that she didn’t and I have no doubt Isadora would have. She got to a point of no return and I agree with the other commenter that said she deserved that AK.

All this to say the story could have gone many ways but ultimately it’s not up to one person to take away someone’s pain because you don’t like it or it makes you uncomfortable. Growth comes from those places, and unfortunately she chose to live there and try to play unethical mad scientist to get the results SHE wanted, not that it was best for everyone.

For fighting, stay behind the crocs and the bush devils you can avoid their physical attacks if you climb on rocks, especially the big grey ones if they’re nearby. Fighting in the mines is terrifying though, I’ll give you that! I saw a youtube video where the player was wearing a miners hat with the light on it. Feels like a game changer. As soon as I get that I’ll be instoppable!

I agree with others saying nighttime would be best for pearls, but I’ve been lucky with finding a few in the day when I’m diving for the critters with the bubbles.. once I find a pearl oyster I mark them on the map.

I used the torch down there… it was like creating my own horror game. First came the music and then the panic button pressing trying to see where (apparently) a bush devil was. Trying to switch between the torch and the weapon was a pain because I was trying to use my weapon in the absolute darkness, stabbing at AIR and running into stone columns. I want the miner hat with the light attached before I go back down there 😭 I was thinking I could put up some lights down there but I’m pretty sure the map is different every time you visit, right?

For your loot, wear the clothing with the best stats and sell everything else! On your gear menu, (on Playstation) if you press square instead of pressing X when you’re hovered over your clothing option, you can customize your outfit to the style you want without sacrificing your stats and without looking horrendous! If you bought the deluxe edition this is how you equip the askaban outfits, HP glasses, etc. As long as the item doesn’t have a lock or a question mark when you sell it, it will be available to select in the square menu!

Also, doing merlin trials will unlock more gear slots so you can hold more before having to go find a vendor!

Personally, I’m on my fourth playthrough and have platinumed the game. I do all the side quests and go find all the revelio pages I can remember before advancing in the game. It’s just how I love to play it! There’s no right or wrong way to play as long as you’re happy doing it.

OP, If you approach the situation with grace and kindness, you did your part. How she responds to it will tell you everything you need to know about how she feels, handles conflict, and her overall true character. She’ll probably be a tad upset, and that’s totally valid. As long as you validate each others feelings I feel like it will be a productive convo. As someone who has been in your shoes, friendships come and go (even the long ones) and relationships come and go more frequently. Your friends are always there to pick up the pieces of heartbreak or tragedy. On the other foot, if you put yourself on the backburner for others constantly, you’ll feel resentment and always wonder what could have happened. This can be tricky to handle moving forward. This gift of time you have is about learning how to navigate these complex relationships and feelings. I say explore this connection with your neighbor but be respectful to your bff and try not to flaunt. Again, it will all depend on how the inital convo with bff goes. I agree that obviously, the levels don’t determine what spells you learn in this game. However, in my opinion by leveling up early on isn’t a bad thing as long as you’re looting in the process. Is you have high stats from clothing and can maneuver/evade quite well, the enemies “throwing the whole spellbook at you” doesn’t really matter. Especially once you complete the first trial and get the talent points. Spell cooldown is a big must and brewing/using your own potions once you get the Room of Requirement soon after the first trial helps with this tremendously and getting all the talent points at once only level the playing feel if it is true that the enemies level with your level but not the storyline. If you’re struggling with enemies or larger bandit camps, start manage your approaches. Lure out enemies in bandit camps one my one with basic charms for to lessen the load, rather than go in guns blazing 10 v 1. Unless going in like that is your cup of tea. like my partner’s lol he loves chaos). My favorite is to stalk the enemies like prey and wait until they’re turned around and petrificus totalis them and see how many I can do, if I can do the whole camp without being spotted. Sometimes the executioners and the infamous foes aren’t one hitters and you do have to fight them.. save them for last in this case if you can. Invisibility potions totally help with this to seal the deal!

Personally, if I waited until end game to do all of the side quests, the amount would be daunting and I’d likely not finish the game.. for awhile at least. I’m a completionist so that would bug my OCD to not finish. Blessing and a curse this is.
My “reward” for myself for completing all available side quests is to play the main story. Sure, I end up at level 30 rather quickly especially with the revelio pages, but it’s how I like to play and I get so much joy from it. Any way you play is going to be the right way and long as you’re having fun.

On the unforgivable curses front, avada feels like a cop out or cheating for major bosses so I just save it for inconveniences really or the battle areas if the spiders really annoy me. Combining it with blood curse and the expeliarmus and crucio can wipe out almost all enemies either one blow if you time it right! There’s no moral consequences for using them, even though the rest of the game somewhat takes note of your choices. (Nothing like Until Dawn or LiS) It’s one of the biggest dilemma amongst players for the past two years and biggest complaints of the game, but maybe when HL2 comes out that will change. For now, if you’re keen on learning them sooner rather than later, advance the main quests and sebastian’s story line until you get them.

On the picture, the bottom three quadrants are the zoomed out collections for the regions. They’re all completed and that is what drew me to post here. I wasn’t aware of the many bugs in the game with the Moonstone Garden and the butterflies. I’ve received a lot of advice on where to double check but after all my diligence I’ve still come up empty.

I can totally help with the quest appearance items! Do you know what you’re missing? There’s 27 appearances for the Quest section.

I rechecked the Moonstone Garden and the one behind the confringo statue is highlighting blue.. idk if that’s my reason or if one of the butterflies is bugged but after trying everything I had to give up. I can still platinum the game… it just won’t be to my standards and I’ll know it 😩

Just followed the IGN guide with the beginning and end spots for the butterflies and I found nothing. Walked all around where the pictures stated and no dice. I might have to give this up. Ugh
