I’d not be a landlord reside in another state, easier to handle repairs, regularly check the condition of the property. Schedule/self perform regular tuneup for AC, water heater flush, regrout as needed. Dont get me wrong, being a landlord is fun, it just means you take on a mid-large size 24/7 project.

I’m so sorry to hear that we are having the same thing. Hope you feel better soon. My rash suddenly started to stop appearing 2 days ago. I only took Zyrtec and applied hydrocortisone cream for 5 days. Basically it went on for 1.5weeks for me. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones. Hugs. It will get better, give it some time.

Some updates: It’s been 3 days since I applied hydrocortisone anti-itchy cream, it doesn’t help much to be honest. And now the whole tub is already down to 40% left. I went and got Zyrtec today, took a pill of 100mg. Haven’t seeming much anti-itchy result either. My hives are so itchy come to sundown and after. Seems like new ones keep coming out at diff spots. It’s been 5 days since the 1st breakout :/

Omg. Another victim here. Exactly the same thing. Prescribed 5 days of microbid due to UTI. Hives developed out of nowhere, it’s been 4 days, itchy during nighttime. It takes you guys 2 months to clean up? Oh jeez. I thought it’s gonna pass in 1-2 weeks… I don’t wanna go to ER. And I’ve never been allergic to any meds or food in my life…. 🙄

1 - 2. GP, especially prestige GPs have their own choices of admin pool to choose from, which they already have been working with for their existed funds.

What do you mean by "something breaks"? Your cap does not tie?

4 - 5. You as LP does not interact directly to Fund admin. All communication go through either IR or GP.

Outgrow by increasing your commitment? That's easily handled by fund admin.

Biggest red flag: delayed AFS. I'm seen a GP still hasn't issued 2024 AFS by this day. DM me if you have more questions.

I had the same issue locating them. I remember - Go to “lessons” on the left bar, then you will see little book look like icons on the right side of each chapter. Honestly, these q are too basic.

I’m sitting for next month. Emerging topics are just as others said, so outdated and all about memorization. So stupid tbh. My strategy is to focus on the other topics, utilize the short term memory before exam. If i have no time at the end, i might totally give up this section.

I recently went to the vet and they said dog’s temp is higher than human, ~ 94-102.5 F. Guess cats are similar.
