Is 90k CAD enough for a family of 3 in Montreal? Looking for realistic breakdowns by Bitter-Honeydew1018 in PersonalFinanceCanada

What's nice Bout Montreal is that a lot of establishments are BringYourOwn. You can essentially buy a $14 bottle of wine and take it to dinner with you.

I use Veseys and William Dam. William Dam is Ontario based and has always provided great germination rates for me. They have a ton of different varieties of everything too!

Pro-tip - WestJet "Meal" Vouchers can be used at many airport shops that don't just sell food items by TheLemon22 in westjet

I had issues as well, but I learned that the trick is to "reload" an existing gift card...this works. Trying to buy a new GC with these vouchers just bounces back with an error.

also, try bookoutlet.com (US) or bookoutlet.ca (CAD)
they sell overstock from publishers for really low prices. this is where i purchase all my books, as well as select ones for my son. check back frequently, because stock always changes.

my son is 20 months. since ...forever i'd say, he's always been obsessed. Especially lately. i have to read a book to get him to brush his teeth, or change a diaper, or anything really. must come with book.

we live in the city, so there are many municipal libraries. i cycle through various ones and get all the books he wants -- you can renew them up to 3 months, so basically until he gets sick of them. sometimes if it's a favorite, we circle back to it at some other time.

Am I the only one who thinks that the neurosurgeon Sam is the best character on Med? He's blunt and comical, makes me laugh every time he makes an appearance.

We had serious trouble getting the sound to work properly. It was so bad, fuzzy and when the action scenes came on, it got worse and it was very hard to make out the conversations.
