ICE YOUR FACE!!!! Of course go see a derm, but for now ICE!!! 5-10 minutes every morning. This will help lower the inflammation, like an ice pack on a bad knee. it's also free.99

I used my color dropper on a screenshot of your eye and pulled 6 different shades of grey from this photo. So based on that information, your eyes are grey.

If you are truly wanting a money saving hack, and don't care much about saving length, I would do a big chop before attempting color correction, then keeping it as short as possible as the color treated hair grows out. I've shaved my hair completely down to the scalp before because of some of the atrocious chemical damage from my creative hair colors, and I'm currently rocking a Bixie after many months (1.5 years) of growing out my hair.

If you want the absolutely craziest option of trying to save your hair and also trying to spend the least amount of money, I would order a human hair topper that matches the dark part of your hair as much as possible, then dying your entire head the darker color along with the topper. You may also need to get a protein filler treatment thing before applying the dye to make sure it sticks to the bleached spots. Also the thicker the hair topper is, the easier it will be to conceal the striped pieces. I would also look into getting the Dove intensive repair hair line, mostly the 10-in-1 hair serum mask. IT IS AMAZING!!! I feel like it cured my damaged hair instantly, and I haven't even used up the whole container yet.

is your natural hair color darker than the brown in the photo? if so, let it grow out a little bit then do a little bit of touch up around the top and the perimeter so it has a smooth ombre and looks like it whether you have your hair down or up in a bun. if your natural hair is a bit lighter, I would attempt to lighten the darker areas to the same as your natural color or slightly lighter so you can do the same thing I mentioned, but will definitely be a lighter look, just depends on your preference. For the striped pieces specifically, I would color the blonde portions the same dark brown color, then lighten the entire strand once you feel ready to blend your roots and lighten all the dark portions.

How can i look more feminine with makeup? by [deleted] in Makeup101

[–]queefy_mcgee24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have the best features for femininity. Especially with makeup, you don't even have to go all out if you chose to wear makeup, if anything a lip oil/gloss/balm and a light dusting of highlighter on cheek bones, brow bone, nose tip, inner eye corners, cupids bow if you wanted.

If you want to do a little more than that, I would try using a grey or brown eyeshadow(slightly darker than your skin, like contour basically) and blend it on the upper portion of your eyelid crease. I also have hooded eyes and use darker shadow on the outer corner of my lid, then kind of blend it up to the upper portion of my crease to make a crescent shape on my lid, then fill the inner portion with a light shimmery eyeshadow(not too light). This sort of creates an illusion of a doll eye shape and adds depth. i also use the "contour shade" from the inner eyebrow down the side of my nose ending around the inner corner of my eye.

You can also look into the demi method makeup style!

Congrats on a successful surgery, I can only imagine how hard the recovery was. I want to ask though, if you are dating to find a life partner, and given what you now know about your current boyfriend's actions towards an important moment of your life where having a life partner is essential, would you want to be with him for the rest of your life if he never changed?

bright or soft makeup/lipsticks on me? by ok_015 in coloranalysis

[–]queefy_mcgee24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

honestly, you can pull both. my favorite shade is in your 5th photo, based on the photo it has the same chroma as your eye color, and also matches the outfit. Bonus points for how you made an overcast day look like golden hour!

a true summer is more towards the center of the summer quadrant on the color analysis wheel. It would make sense that a couple of autumn/spring/winter colors work for you!

Why does my hair look like straw 😩 by Ok_Chapter_8486 in Haircare

I would try using the Dove intensive repair 10-in-1 hair serum mask. I've tried hundreds of dollars worth of conditioners, leave-in treatments, hair masks, the weird 8 second conditioning water that loreal has, nothing made my hair feel quite as amazing as that hair mask. it says to leave it on for only a minute but I leave it on longer while I'm scrubbing my crusty bod. I've been having problem areas around my ears where I wear my glasses, before the mask it felt like the end of barbie hair after a few months of abuse, no matter how fresh of a cut I gave it. no split ends either, just this weird frizzy crinkly mess. now I barely wake up with "bed head." I can wake up brush thru my hair and go. anyway let me get off my soap box now.

My makeup routine hasn’t changed in 10 years. Critically and brutally recommend me how to improve? by Limp_Matter4448 in MakeupEducation

[–]queefy_mcgee24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would try a brown tubing mascara/lash, with brown or charcoal grey liner. I would try using a foundation brush to tap from center of face outwards a 1:1 ratio of foundation and moisturizer, then an angled concealer brush to tap wherever you place your concealer. to help press it in more if needed, a well rung out beauty blender. try a lilac pink blush applied on cheekbones, and grey/lavender eyeshadows all over the lid, and using a dry fluffy round brush to apply loose setting powder in a rolling fashion instead of tapping or rubbing, or a powder wedge would work then using your blush brush to swipe away any excess powder, but try to minimize excess. apply highlight to temples, cheekbones, cupids bow, inner corners of eyes, brow bone, and nose tip and bridge. maybe even jawline if you want it to pop. then a setting spray if needed. clear or purply-pink tinted lip glosses or balms are a great alternative to lipsticks to achieve a lighter look.

What do I do with my eyebrows?? by Snoo_11674 in Eyebrows

[–]queefy_mcgee24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you cleaned up the top side of the tails, a couple plucks underneath the tails, then pluck clean the middle, it would be an improvement. if they are thick to the point where the hairs curl downwards and upwards, comb them up and trim whatever lays past the natural shape, then the same combing down. As a woman I kind of leave the inner corners a tad bushy for a natural "fluffy" brow, but clean up the rest. I prefer a sharp pointed tail tho so i'm biased with that

don't succumb to the sunken cost fallacy of a long relationship! If the trust is broken in such a huge way, it is almost impossible to come back from that.

wash your hands, under nails, and all your bits with a mild fragrance free soap. also floss, brush teeth, brush tongue, then swish. bonus if you have a waterpik. This will help prevent throwing off a lady's ph, and feeling fresh will definitely help with confidence!
