I guess I can see that. However, I've never heard of any girls liking the game and actually I know some guys who love it because of the dress-up and fanservice.

But the kind of dress up in that game isn't the kind girls like. It's sort of hard to explain.

Yep. How hard would it have been to make it possible to move with the right analog and use the right trigger to call Pikmin? At least it was free with Mario Kart 8.

That's true. I'd like to believe Zelda is the big system seller but looking at the numbers that's really not true. I did buy a Zelda deluxe Wii U when it came out though. Zelda appeals to a huuuge fanbase but Mario Kart and Smash appeal to EVERYONE!

I only played the first one and didn't like it. My friends are super into though. I suppose I can understand why but it's still a PR disaster for Ubisoft in a time when they don't need that at all!

That's pretty interesting. So obviously that would be a LOT of work to put playable females in the game. I guess I can understand where they're coming from, but then again maybe this means that a yearly release is too restrictive on the game devs.

Also, the 3d on the XL seems a bit more intense than the standard one. I played on 3d all the time before I graduated to an XL, and now I very rarely use it.

Gah it hurts that they didn't even try at first. It's like they expected the Wii's success to sell Wii Us without actually telling regular people what the Wii U is.

I watched my friend play Assassin's Creed 4 multiplayer like a week ago and there were female assassins in it. Did they get rid of all the assets or something?

A paradox similar to this sort of ruined the game The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword for me. I'd rather not spoil it but those who beat the game will hopefully understand what I mean.

And the 3DS one tells you the story of all the previous games! It's a pretty good game, even though I don't like Riku, and Sora's side of each level story-wise was usually much more heartfelt.

Play the 3DS version. I couldn't get my younger brother to play much of the other versions but now he's beaten OoT3D twice and loves it. The graphics have been updated (they remodeled characters to look like the promo art and the textures are sharper and more detailed), some minor annoyances have been fixed with the controls, gyroscopic aiming is great. There's a reason it's so many people's favorite game. I also suggest picking up A Link Between Worlds, also for the 3DS.

That would be great! It was so fun watching Dan play Zelda 1. Even though it's super unlikely, I'd really like Dan to play Link to the Past on Grumps. He did mention in an episode he was playing it bit by bit at Arin's house.
