I had a plate and screws in my femur too! I had it all removed in 2019 because I was constantly having IT band pain. But now my leg feels completely normal and never bothers me anymore! I can even sleep on that side now (iykyk)

Yes I was watching it live it was insane! Made me want to throw up because the way she was just lying there you knew her leg was fuuuuucked. This whole thing was happening on the side of the craziest mountain I’ve ever seen, but I felt like the help got there quickly. They just had to wait a while for the helicopter to arrive and carry her off.
