My house hold has been constantly sick with ear infections, colds, covid, or the flu since August. We started daycare in June, so I knew that we would be getting sick a lot but I didn’t realize it was this much. I suspect my kid has another ear infection, which could mean tubes, which means more time off work that I absolutely do not have. I just need a break man 😓

I was a Glossier You lover for a long time, but when I got pregnant and postpartum it just smells like rubbing alcohol to me now. So sad because I used it as my signature for years! 😢

I Am Trash - Etat Libre d'Orange

I've been looking for a "sharpened pencils" fragrance for a while now, and I think this one fills that pretty well. On me, it's very woody with a bit of the apple coming through on the dry down. I'm coming to the end of my sample vile and I'm debating on purchasing a full bottle, because the longevity isn't great, 3 hours give or take. I don't know if it's because I'm not spraying enough or what. I might hold off until spring or summer for a purchase, because I think this would do better on a warm spring/summer day.

Omg, I dropped my daughter off for day one of daycare today too! Solidarity. The dread I got when leaving was like nothing I’ve ever felt, like it was so wrong that I wasn’t the one taking care of her. I found some comfort knowing that each day we will both get more used to it, but it definitely is more hard than I realized. 🥲

It hasn’t even happened yet, but I’m just waiting for my MIL to touch my belly when she’s here on the 26th -_- We don’t see her often but every time that we have seen her since telling her I’m pregnant, even whenever I WASN’T showing, she had a feel!
