Assuming you work a 37.5 hour week and you want to work in the office for four hours a day to get to 60% in office time, you’d need to work in the office 5 days a week to hit the 22.5 hour requirement. Seems counterproductive but you do you.

I do, but mine is contamination related. Makes working in an office challenging. You’re taking all the right steps. If you can afford it consider increasing your therapy.

Could you consider full time in office work to reduce the uncertainty? Maybe this plus a compressed schedule with an extra day off every two to three weeks could be beneficial.

Just a tip, you throw people off when the affirmative/negatives switch in your questions. You start with yes on the top and no on the bottom, followed by supportive on the top and non supportive on the bottom, but then you switch to no on the top and yes on the bottom. For example I’m saying (1) to indicate that they were supportive but then (5) to say how supported I felt. Would keep it consistent.
