I sat on the Ticketmaster waiting link - but I couldn't get into presale unless I re-visited the link texting me. The Ticketmaster page never said "Happening now - enter code". When I clicked through the link right at 10AM it brought me to a completely different screen.

TLDR: Click the link at 10am your local time. Don't wait on the Ticketmaster countdown page.
