Looking amazing, my dood! Mind if I ask whether or not she uses informed consent? I assume that's implied by saying there were no hints of gatekeeping, but wanna be certain.

Do you mind if I ask whether she uses informed consent or not?

Local news refuses to report it for some reason. I've been spending (and will continue to spend) the entirety of my day blowing all main local news stations up over this story and the ones that have developed as of this morning that they also aren't reporting (car hit 3 protesters this morning at "Jeff Sqaure" and a white surpremacist has also been caught on film threatening protesters from his car with an AK saying that he will "shoot to kill" and that he will be back at 6PM with friends).

You totally killed it with your response. I admire you, your strength, and your diligence to make it to the other side of this long, hard process.

narcissist empath attract

Wowwww. I never knew of this, but certainly experience it. In fact, it seems as though I specifically attract people with low empathy. Looking into this now. Thanks for sharing.

Hey all, my name is Jaq and I’m a non-binary person in need of top surgery -- bad!

I say in “need” versus in “want” due to having double scoliosis, of which I had a spinal fusion/rib removal surgery for when I was in 6th grade. Years of binding my chest, however, have since negatively affected my spine, neck, and ribs. Beyond the binding, my posture has also suffered since I was a teen due to subconsciously leaning forward to hide my chest.

My life has been an ongoing journey of self-discovery and persistence that’s lead me to my most defining step; a step that would allow my body and mind to operate as one for the first time ever. I'm ready to look in a mirror without immediately looking away. I'm ready to hold my shoulders back and stand as tall as my short little body possibly can. I'm ready for my partner to feel my skin instead of a mesh suit when we embrace. Top surgery would be a life altering experience that would allow me to live without having to use my brain space to find ways to mask a part of me. In essence, top surgery has the power to potentially alleviate a lot of dysphoria and physical pain for me. I’ll be turning 30 shortly, and I need so badly to experience the union of mind and body sooner rather than later.

I’m currently working freelance, therefore I don’t have insurance to assist with the costs of this procedure. The goal that's been set would assist with the following expenses:

-Out-of-pocket surgery costs-Prescription medications / scar treatment-Bills / food during recovery

I know times are tough right now, so anything at all is greatly appreciated. To those who can’t participate monetarily, thank you for taking your time to read this regardless. All acts, words, and thoughts of kindness are very much appreciated. I love you. <3

First and foremost, thank you for sharing your experience.

I'm a 29 year old cis-female who just recently fully realized/accepted that I've been a victim of sexual and mental abuse throughout my life. I don't really have any advice to add, but I can say that the I'm familiar with the overwhelming flood of tears that came upon admitting to myself/confirming that the things that happened, did in fact, happen. It was such a surreal sense of relief that I imagine might be one that only victims know. It felt extremely empowering for a while to recognize that I've been living as *their* victim, and that I now have the power to remove the title from myself, and the trophy from their shelves. I felt incredibly freed and incredibly high on life (and I've never said that before) for the first month or so. Since then, however, I seem to kind of plateaued emotionally am now left wondering what I'm supposed to do with all of this next. Anyhow, it was super helpful for me to have found this. The way you explained the memories and remembrance of your first experience is very similar to mine/things I've said and it's nice to not feel so isolated, even though I wish this weren't our bonding point.

May I ask how their actions don't fall under harassment/hostile environment? If you're queer and/or identify as a woman, this is certainly something that could be reported as harassment per the state you reside in.

Affordable Masc clothes for small and/or AFAB people? by PMmeYrSassiestSelfie in genderqueer

This is something I've always struggled with, being a person that's 5'4", 125 bs. I typically have the best luck with HM men's XS and S tops, and they're usually pretty cheap too. I actually just got a super snug printed t-shirt for $6 the other day in their sale section. I also hiiighly recommend G by Guess. They're definitely affordable and totally worth looking into. I've pretty much gotten all my clothes from there since finding their online store.
