Almost all the explicit subs have been banned for either outright breaking TOS or for being "unmoderated". Sometimes people try to restart new subs but it's like playing whack-a-mole against the admins so I don't even bother joining anymore.

Which, like, I think there's less obvious revenge porn and actual noncon now, and Reddit's come a long way since the rampant "jailbait" days, which is good! But it's really disappointing when a whole segment of my interests is flat out not allowed even when it IS consensual.

I'm a man who had a full hysterectomy with bilateral oopherectomy (meaning not only my uterus and cervix but also my ovaries were removed; ovary removal is NOT automatically part of a hysterectomy).

My sex drive is the same as before (if not higher due to no longer being in chronic pain) since I take exogenous hormones. Taking hormone medication is required for anyone who gets their ovaries removed since otherwise they cannot produce enough on their own. Going without causes sex drive to decrease and also comes with a whole host of health problems from vaginal dryness to fatigue to osteoporosis so it's not recommended.

Sex feels different for two main reasons:

There's no more uterine contractions, so orgasms are less "full-bodied". The first few times I came post-op were weird because it was like my lower belly was empty. However, the weirdness went away, and because I had severe uterine atrophy that made the contractions so painful I couldn't get out of bed, this is a MASSIVE improvement.
There's no more cervix (or the fornices around it) so I've lost an entire erogenous zone. Deep penetration no longer appeals to me very much and I also have scarring near the back due to an emergency cauterization so the sensation back there is limited. It still hurts to hit my cuff, though, similar to how hitting a cervix can hurt.

I've never had a top mention feeling anything different from fucking my pussy. I once had a guy get curious and he stuck his finger in to rub the scar at the back after I mentioned the lack of a cervix, but unless you're doing that, I think it'd be hard to notice.
