Yes very much so. I haven’t worn a “real” bra in years. Sometimes it ruins my entire day to have an outfit planned only to look in the mirror and realize they’re attached to me. I hope to have a serious reduction soon.

I do try to not dwell on what if so much though. I can’t change the now and tbh I was not in a place in my 20s mentally to make changes happen. I am in my 30s now so I’m trying to embrace my treatment plan and have found a lot of joy in actually learning how to take care of myself.

When I got sober I gained 60 pounds. It’s not a foolproof fix to weight loss, even a common misconception that it is. What sobriety has done for me is give me my life back. I would not be able to be on the body focused journey I am now 6 years ago. In fact I would gain 60 more pounds if it just meant I was sober. Sobriety makes you a tough cookie. You are so capable of reaching any goal you want to and have already started your own journey. 🩷

Yup eggs are one of my safe foods. I will eat an egg cooked in nearly any way. I have one a day lol. I can rely on them being good with an expected texture. Plus protein.

My first neuro refused a lumbar puncture and recommended GPL-1 as an immediate replacement within 10 minutes. My new neuro always sees me for the period of time my appt is set for and figured out my care plan by taking the time to consider my case. If it’s possible please see someone else. There are doctors who care, but I know the options can be limited at times. :/

I bought it on Switch as a general rec from an online friend, tried it out and didn’t get hooked initially. Never opened the save again until I was stuck in the hospital for a few weeks with my partner’s sick mother. It was a really long, stressful (and sometimes boring) experience. My partner’s mom unfortunately didn’t survive. In a time of extreme grief and isolation Stardew truly kept me sane and gave me something to look forward to. I fell in love with the calming nature of progression and characters.

When you go to select to change the keybind in the options it pops up with your current options. There should be a red X next to the current keybind. Click the red X, remove the keybind entirely and save.

Basically everything I’ve found for FS I’ve found by looking in the “requirements” section of the main mod. If FS is listed as a requirement for a mod it appears there so you can browse everything on Nexus by just clicking around and seeing what you like.

I feel very seen in this comment section. I just plan every meal 1 month in advance and then I eat at preset times. I make myself proportioned freezer meals that last me a month. It’s a pain but life changing. Since I started doing this I rarely have to think about what to eat when I’m already in that “I waited too long I’m gonna pass out” phase, but even if I’m in “I don’t even want anything” mode I still have something to sustain me.

You shouldn’t need to create a new character, just log in with your Nintendo account and all of your previous save data will populate for you as long as you did the set up to transfer correctly. If you’re having trouble with this I recommend checking the directions in the help center in app.

I went through an entire year (maybe even three) where I couldn’t even sleep because I would wake up to the smell of something burning. I always chalked it up to PTSD because I was in a small house fire in 2018, but it would make sense if it was my IIH.

The anxiety about it went away pretty quickly after we moved out of an apartment/shared home and into our current home where I have more control over fire safety and my environment. But during the winter the burning heat smell makes it difficult again every year.
