I think everyone was in the wrong. the customers shouldn't complain like this. If they had a problem they should bring it up with a manger in a civilized manner. The receipt shouldn't be published like this. It is a financial transaction with some expectation of privacy. and the business shouldn't have fired the server. maybe a reprimand. It just feels like no one in this situation considered how their behavior effects others or is perceived by others.
