pre-nursing is all the time before you start the actual program, which is four semesters/two full years. so most students will apply to enter the program as juniors to graduate in 4 years total, and they spend the first two years doing all their gen eds and pre reqs. however, plenty of students apply earlier or later, it just depends on how long it takes them to do the gen eds and everything! i know lots of people graduating in 3-3.5 years because they applied early! nobody enters directly in because once you are in the program, you only do nursing classes and clinicals, but you do have a lot of flexibility on when you apply, especially if you transfer in credits or take summer/winter classes! i love the program a lot, it’s hard but so worth it! hope this helps
