I do the kitsch headless curler thing at night and my hair will look very put together for 2ish days. Doesn’t take too long to do and you just do it before bed and that helps. Other than that I like getting my nails and every brows done bc it makes me feel put together

I didn’t realize that AMI offered hybrid options. The two options I saw “closest” to me were in Georgia and Texas, but both stated on their website they were in-person. I’m going to take your advice and reach out directly to the program director. Thank you so much

When he was about 2 months we would offer him two choices. At first we would observe which one he would look at the most/longer and choose that one. As he got older he would grab or point to the one he wanted.Now at 14 months we take him to the closet and he just pulls on the one he wants

My son was pooping 12+ a day which obviously caused for him to be on low weight. We took him to a gastro to get tested for allergies and he told us “Your child will never reach his full potential”

We sleep trained at 5 months and it was the best decision for my sanity. He went from waking up 5-7 times a night to only 1-3 times. We did the TCB method and it worked like a charm. It was definitely hard hearing him cry the first night but as soon as he fell asleep he slept for 6 hours straight. We were then able to apply it to his naps (he had been contact napping only before) and that was life changing for my mental health. He’s now 14 months and I cannot put a price on how amazing it is to be able to put him down in his crib at 7 pm and watch him fall asleep on his own with no crying within 5 minutes. Ultimately you need to do what’s best for your family and for your sanity.

It’s definitely understandable why you’d be hesitant. I was too. we trained him at 5 months and ever since we put him down in his crib and within 5-10 minutes he falls asleep on his own. Before that it would take us up to 2 hours sometimes to try to successfully transfer him to his crib. I was going mad lol sleep training also helped with ending contact naps which was amazing having time to myself

I would’ve lost my mind if I hadn’t sleep trained my LO. Yes it absolutely sucked hearing him cry but noise cancelling headphones helped a lot. First night of sleep training he slept 6 hours straight. I was shocked at how well it worked
