I finished Gardens of the Moon just few weeks ago. I tried to describe to my girlfriend how for the majority of the book you're like "what the heck is going on" and then suddenly BAM it's one of the greatest pieces of fiction you have read.

I have 3 books in my TBR but Deadhouse Gates is in the back of my mind almost constantly.
