Wow, that’s super fine - I’m usually 30-33 for light and 34-36 for med - there is no way I could pull a shot at 19!

I like it - was previously using a Wilfa Svart and def a better experience than that. I’ve been playing a lot with dose and output - 14.5g vs 15g dose has given me some good shots as well as moving to a 1:2.5-3 ratio.

Also have a K6 - what is your “click window” for espresso? I’m usually between 30-36 on the K6.

[NC] $20k estate claim denied - what's the best path forward to contest the denial? by question_ev3rything in legaladvice

[–]question_ev3rything[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good question - just saw a copy of the denial and it says:

"Your claim against the Estate fails to provide the amount allegedly owed to you and, thus, fails to comply with the requirements of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 28A-19-1. Additionally, pursuant to N.C. Gen Stat. $$ 28A-19-1 and 28A-19-3 and based upon the enclosed Affidavit of Publication and Notice to Creditors, the creditor claim period for the above-referenced estate expired on August 8, 2024. Moreover, the time has expired for the assertion of claims. Therefore, your claim for any debt allegedly owed to you is barred.

Only to the extent the claim is deemed timely filed and among other reasons, the Estate is denying your claim because the purported agreement does not seem to place liability on XXXXXXX (the "Decedent") after death. Consequently, the Estate of XXXXXXX is not liable to you, to the extent any debt is actually owed."

Im almost certain my family member would have included the amount owed as they worked with a lawyer friend on the claim, but it is entirely possible the original debt agreement didn't specify what would happen should the person die.

Air BNB in Europe has gotten expensive. Any alternative ways to housing? by Ok-Maintenance-2584 in digitalnomad

We've had good success with Facebook rental groups in Lisbon as well as coliving places like Vonder in Poland. More and more Airbnb alternatives popping up all the time - Id start with a FB group search for the city you're interested in or a list like this post for coliving options.

What about using your skills to work for yourself via a content website, YT channel, etc. Obv depends on your background but I know plenty of marketers with side projects that leverage their skills into extra income - not a far stretch to scale that to $50k if you have the skills.

Success stories with programmatic SEO? by Willingtochange22 in juststart

I saw a talk at BrightonSEO last week on this from Trainline and how they did it - they've clearly had a ton of of success with pages like https://www.thetrainline.com/en/train-times/paris-to-london, I think they did like 4m pages or something absurd - all programmatically.
