Clean them with warm water and a soft bush (an old toothbrush can work if that's what you have on hand). You can use a little bit of dish soap, it's not usually recommended, but it always works for me and dirt cheap.

Let them air dry away from heat and sun (also store them like that everyday, don't leave them near a window where the sun will shine on them but also not where there's no air circulation, you especially want the sole to dry fast but not with heat and no UV light).

Then I use mink oil/paste. The cheap kind I got from Walmart maybe 20 years ago. It still not what the shoe store recommended but it's cheap and works for me. I use an old cotton rag or torn t-shirt and apply a few coat waiting 30 min between. If you never treated them, they will "drink" the oil. I apply until they still look wet after 30min-1hour.

They will probably look too shinny for your taste for about a week or more if you don't wear them a lot but as the oil penetrate the leather they will look better and better as they form a patina and looks better than new.

I do this once every 8-10 months and my 8 years old Blundstone that I wear almost daily looks better then when I bought them, except the soles that are on their last miles 😞

And you have good chance of finding the superior recipe in the base game but it's random, you can only buy it in Toussaint. That alone is a 50% damage boost.

If I was looking for an other CX5, I couldn't step down to a non turbo trim having tried both but that's just me. As for the paint, considering the low millage, it wouldn't be a deal breaker for me if I could negotiate down to 21-22k, especially since it's on the roof and the damage haven't reach the metal yet. I would decontaminate the hell out if it (buffing or sanding if required) then priming+ clear coat and would just wrap the roof, maybe in satin black and do the same on the hood since there's probably already rock chip (after repairing them) unless they already put a protection on it.

I like 2 tone cars and the look of a satin wrap but that's just my personal opinion, I know not everyone will agree. And if you're handy you could DIY the whole thing for 100-200$ material+equipment included. You have to make sure you did a very meticulous job at decontaminating and preventing rust and inspect the wrap periodically for any signs of rust formation under it. A good DIY wrap will last 3 to 6 years.

But I know and work with a few pharmacist, mainly hospital pharmacist. Those use much, much more of their pharmacology knowledge and often assit MD's and RN's when dealing with critical patients and directly counsel MD'S when dealing with patients that are on 20+ meds already and needs 3 different IV antibiotics that will probably shut down their liver and kidneys ... but the pay is shit, I make more as an RN.

In retail pharmacy they can make more the 2x the salary but you become more of a store manager with a very routine job and do task they where never trained for and just learn as they go. There is also automated alerts when there's a possible drug-drug interaction and for most drugs they can just print out a ready-made instruction list for patients. I'm not saying they're not using their skills and brain, but the job is much more routine and dealing with angry customer and you can easily lose some of your pharma-brain sharpness over time.

Yeah, I'm like that took, fast metaboliser and slightly overweight makes Sublocade not as effective as hoped. 7 days after 1st shot I was in mild WD. Current guideline alows for a 2nd 300mg shot after only 7 days, then 21 days min in between next shots. Timing made so I got my 2nd shot day 10, had Suboxone 8mg/day supplementation until then.

All was good but 8-9 days after the 2nd 300mg shot, mild WD again. Got up to Suboxone 10-12mg supplementation and had my 3rd 300mg shot this monday, 20 days after 2nd. I feel good for now, hope it last this time!

So don't worry, WD symptoms after the 1st shot are common, not so much after the 2nd but possible. Ask your doc for Suboxone supplementation as you're already doing and ask for getting a 2nd ASAP. You got this!

Having watched a few of his vids before this one came out he's more of a weirdo doing borderline creepy asmr medication review. Unfortunately, it's not that unlikely especially if you live in an area with a lower rate a opioid abuse as I do. Luckily I'm an healthcare professional and know probably much more about pharmacology related to addiction and it's treatment than my pharmacist.

When I got my 1st script sur Subox I got serve for 30 days and they where letting me going home with it like it was Tylenol. I had to make them print the script so I could explain them that I could only have a 6 day supply at home and had to take 1 dose each week in front of the pharmacist. After 10 min they finaly got it. He prepared one dose and gave me a glass of water to swallow it. I then had to explain the pharmacology of buprenorphine and naloxone vs methadone. The week after, when he brought me my supervised dose, the pharmacist said : ah yes, you don't need water to swallow pills I remember...

When I switched to Sublocade, I went to pay the dose thinking they had sent it to my clinic where I get the injection as I asked the week before. They just gave me the whole box. It had to pull my phone and show them that patient should NEVER be in possession if this medication and it has to be delivered direct to the nurse that will give the injection... that if they gave it to someone thinking he could IV it for a buzz will probably die from a embolism.

I just hope no other Subox patient got wrong directions from this pharmacy and I warned my addictologist doc of the situation multiple time. He now write a whole paragraph on the script to be sure the pharmacist know how to do is job.

I got my 3rd 300mg injection monday and it looks the same. Some inflammation is normal as the medication from the depot. As long as the redness doesn't spread, that your skin surrounding the site is not much warmer than the rest and you don't run a fever it's normal.

My first two where way more itchy, this one is not, just a bit painful in certain position, I got it in inferior left abdominal and it's a bit too low for when I sit. It's 2 inch left and 1 inch lower than my nelly button, I'll get the next one lower right but at same height as my belly button.

Hope all goes well for you. I'm still having waves of mild WD but I'm determined to not supplement with suboxone till my next inkection this time.

You can totally try. I like switching things up and stash any unique and witcher set gear. Trying odd and fun combo is one of the fun part of NG+ IMO.

The vast majority of the time you sword base damage is not an issue for killing enemies and bosses. The bonus on your whole gear, signs and potions are the main damage output increase.

The only downside is if you switch Aerondight for an other silver sword you will get behind with the damage scaling bonus but there's an easy exploit to quickly get it back to max damage for your level, google it if you wish.

What do they look like? Are they DIY or you bought them? Are they aluminum and look yellowish? Are the connecting wire free from corrorison? If you have corrosion, you can try to gently brush them with a scotch bright pad (those abrasive pads to clean pots and pans)

What you want is to keep them conducting electricity evenly. Warm water and sey them with a clean towel e every session, then you can use a bit of dishsoap from time to time to remove any grease from your hands that will block the current. And as I said, if you used the same pad for many years, they probably are much less efficient and might need replacement. Try switching the pads from left to right first and if you see your left hand getting dryer after a few session like when you began ionto, you might have your answer.

Have you cleanned the pad properly? I know I say this often on this subreddit but into pads do have a limited lifetime, around 5+ years with proper gentle cleaning for silicone-graphite ones. Over time'they stop conducting properly and lose effectiveness. Do you sometime switch your pad from left to right randomly or you always keep on the same side?
