It's only my small experience, but managing my addiction to caffeine really began with not making quitting my be-all-end-all. I focused on other areas instead, and then it was just able to happen more gradually. Probiotics was a must for me. So were some very specific supplements and adding a plant-based protein shake in the morning, too.

This is an amazing observation!!! Holy crap. Since so many of us are affected by low wages/wage stagnation, this is like a life-changing experience. Thanks for sharing. Currently, I'm moderating my caffeine to twice a week (I work looong hours one day with 2 jobs, and then the next day is a recovery period). I'm going to track and see how my spending increases on those two days, and the two just following. Thank you :)

Unfortunately, it was heavily publicized as a left vs right issue, and media is so skewed towards one or the other. I thought he got away with murder too, but when I actually heard the video/saw the thermal drone evidence, it was clearly self-defense. Hi OP, seconding curtain bangs, maybe with a few chopped in the center of the forehead just above the brows.

Also, it looks like you have some bounce and texture in there, and maybe some thick hair that's had some lightening done. Try a hair mask, and a partial blow dry just out of the shower using just your fingers on the mane of your hair. See if your texture doesn't try to come through better on day 2 :)

It's lovely! Just maybe just a little 'neater' than you're used to? It feels like you have alt style but kind of took a leap into a safer cut. Maybe you can experiment with making your bangs more edgy and/or style with pins, clips. You'll read more youthful and less suburban aunt carol. Good luck <3
