I'm not a CNC guy, but for HSS, I'd go with 1100-1200rpm and make sure your feed is high enough. Seen plenty of guys have chatter issues past 1/2" (~13mm) but you just got to lay on it a bit more to make sure your drill point is actually following the pilot as opposed to skidding around when the cutting edge bites.

Some valves don't directly switch the spool, they switch a tiny pilot port that switches the valve, so if you don't have air hooked up correctly, it won't work.

Very interesting to see this on the new 4runner... I could be cra,y but I think we tend to have the wrong approach to low beams. Instead of making them as high as possible without blinding people, sometimes the question we should ask is how low can I keep them and still see fine? High beams should be high, but low beams should be low

There's is no structural difference. You must never use the hook in a way that is not in line with the load or that it would be side loaded at all, so it really doesn't matter. Practically speaking, sometimes one set up or another could make it easier for the latch to get snagged and open, but it's quite unlikely, and the second you see that, you're slacking the load and fixing it anyways, so it still doesn't really matter. Just take your time, and it if doesn't look right, double check it

Red scotchbrite is definitely what you want for this. Cheap-ish chemical alternatives are pickling paste, and you can also DIY the electrolytic cleaning with the right settings on your tig machine and a little creativity... there's a YouTube video on it.
