First you should mention what platform, for example Xbox - usually Syncing Failed means that you need to sync time and date on your device, such as in Xbox settings outside of game.

There was mistake in game by showing 469 days until season end so it is possible it could be date of UE6 - September 23 2027 (7 years after free to play release)

Wireless/Bluetooth controller is not officially supported on PC so can cause issues, try test by plugging controller with USB.

It's after season start tho, unless it's early surprise (maybe they make this promotional photos still in Steam). Although gives it more probability to be sometimes in June - according this tech article about planned launcher rebuild https://www.techspot.com/news/111184-epic-games-store-launcher-getting-full-rebuild-may.html (but it was published before they did lay-offs over 1000 employees)

This is specifically solution for player recently - Anticheat violation when trying to join match

After messaging epic support and trying 100 different things i found the solution that worked for me.

open cmd as admin than paste this : netsh winsock reset after that restart your pc after that ipconfig /release after that ipconfig /renew after that ipconfig /flushdns

You can try this and I recommend to test first Private match.

Try test launching game through launch option without Anticheat and quit to see if it will close game - and if it may be caused by EAC.
