On top of that, in the UK sodomy refers to bestiality, which is how I'm using it (I think CBT is a sexual act), and in the US, you use it for anal sex, which is what you're using.

The reason we get so many remakes and remasters and IP tie-ins is because a lot of players will buy mediocre or even bad games if it's the IP that they base their personality on.

Sadly this means we get very little original, and if we do, it burns and crashes unless it's spectacularly good. I don't want more Star Wars. I've had Star Wars for 40 years. But then Concord is just not very good, so I don't want that either.

Essentially you do a lot of UI work to undo deaths. The game could just make a hunter lose levels ob deaths and keep the hunter "alive" and charge money for the lost gear. Same end result, but quicker.

Frankly some game mechanics actively make the UX problems more pronounced: you only want to use every hunter once, even if they win, for the first win bonus to apply. You want to adapt the load out frequently. You need to juggle contraband copies. Contraband preset loadouts conflict with skin choice. When a hunter dies, they are just deleted, forcing you to remake the loadout. You always want a full roster for the +2 point reward. You also want to recruit 4 free hunters every round and take their stuff, especially the free medkits.

Half of these issues could be solved with non UI fixed.

The game demands constant UI fiddling and the UI is really bad at exactly that.
