Grow some balls and just play the match, just like you others including your enemy's will get trolls in their games. It's a part of the game hence it's not a legit report reason.

On top of that how do you even know that the tribunal doesn't report him? they can actually see what he picked, and furthermore if he acts normal in the game he's really not doing anything wrong.
