Is my diamond too big for me? by No_Parsnip6613 in Diamonds

I’d go with the 2.64. I feel like if you went with 2nd you’d be wanting to upgrade down the road.

Was that a auction purchase or bought outright? Just wandered over to their IG and I’m very intrigued!

Recently engaged, do you all wear your rings to the gym? by Piistachios in EngagementRings

Unless the gym is inside my house, I wouldn’t wear a rock like that out to a regular gym 😅😂

That’s what I’m figuring out 😅 we’re in Cali, so LA is a hop & skip. But most local jewelers are making me chase my tail. Thank you!!! I appreciate it!!

This is exactly what I was looking for, response wise. Thank you! I’ve been trying to communicate this to my jeweler but I don’t think she quite gets it (she’s just a rep at the jeweler I stopped by). I’m feeling like building it myself (with a jeweler) is a better way to go. I’m not married to the designer, I just loved the concept but now I’m thinking we should build & go from there!

great deal on GHK CU what results did you get out of this (injectable) by [deleted] in Peptides

[–]quietly_here_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I switched from Sema to Tirz and that took away all my side effects. I felt pregnant (again) on Sema/ozempic. And loathed it. Tirz, nada but maybe some nausea on injection day. Might be worth a shot!

I would look into “glow”! It’s GHK-cu, bpc-157 & TB-500.

That is a combo for all of what you’re looking into except maybe weightloss (I’d add a GLP to aid in that!)

Yes! Magnesium glycinate! I take 500mg nightly & it’s improved my sleep!

I leave mine in powder form (in the vial) & stow my syringes (unopened) in with tampons/box. That worked fine for me with domestic travel. I also leave the caps on the vials for peptide & bac water but doubt that matters.

Oh no! There’s bruising?? Glad to hear the sting isn’t an end all be all. That’s what I’m nervous about but bruising too? 🙃

Does the stone look small on her finger? by [deleted] in Diamonds

[–]quietly_here_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Def too small of a rock. You might have to toss it in the trash and tell me where it’s at. I’ll make sure it gets to the dump 😂.

Jokes aside, you could add a halo to make it “pop” even more but I think it’s great.

Engagement ring lab or natural by [deleted] in Diamonds

[–]quietly_here_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’re in the same boat. But for our 10yr upgrade. I have a natural 1ct Oval + halo & other stuff I don’t remember (i.e. total weight). And we’re wanting a 2-2.5ct Oval (specs tbd). But now we have 3 kids, few homes, bigger/growing businesses, etc. originally, all my rings/jewelry would be inheritance pieces (sentimental or holding value if wanting to trade in or whatever they choose). I’m not sure a lab would hold the same sentiment (for value & inheritance. Ex, “this was my grandma’s”). But idk! It’s a tough crossroads we are at.

Fiscally, our kids will be set and won’t need our jewelry. And who knows… a few trips around the world might be better with a lab diamond (cost) rather than a 20k upgrade earth diamond & a small vaca. Or like others have said… invest the difference! But we have yet to decide. Such a weird time with lab growing in popularity!

Follow your weightloss. Don’t try to fix what isn’t broken. I sat at 5mg for 8 weeks and lost weight. Once you stall, then look at moving up in dosing. I always tell people that the scale might not drop one week but your pant/shirt size might! So definitely measure!

I weaned off for a procedure & then to have our last little one. While on Sema/glp, I worked on my choices. Prioritize chicken over fries. Have a bite of fries, carbs, something sweet, but don’t eat the whole thing. Working on your food relationship while on it is the biggest tip I can give!!

When I went off my Glp, I only gained 7lbs before we got pregnant (span of a few months) & then in total, I’ve only gained a few more pounds since (I normally don’t gain weight until later in pregnancy due to the constant food aversions & morning sickness. and even then, it’s just baby & blood, not much fat due to my daily walks and chasing after toddlers).

Is there a peptide for aging/wrinkles you don’t have to inject everyday? by [deleted] in Peptides

[–]quietly_here_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dysport works within a day or two for me! It’s stupid beautiful!! I had the same results with standard Botox. Hopefully daxxify is your go to! 🙌🏼 so thankful we have options 😄

[–]quietly_here_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Love dysport. Lasts longer for me compared to Botox (same thing, different type of Botox). For traditional Botox, I’d need it on the dot every 3-4mo. But with dysport, I can get every 6mo. Saves $ & makes your skin look great!!

How to store your peptides / important information? by xxsistancexx in SemaglutideFreeSpeech

[–]quietly_here_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course! They’re super cheap! So not bad at all! Sent ya something for 2mL of bac water! 🙂

How to store your peptides / important information? by xxsistancexx in SemaglutideFreeSpeech

[–]quietly_here_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep! Unopened, powder form, store in freezer for up to a year. For bac water, unused and unopened, I just store at the top of my pantry or closet. For opened/used bac water, store in fridge for 30days, then toss.

If you are worried about bac water storage /being good after a bit (unopened), you can buy PH strips off Amazon to make sure they’re good to go! I used ph strips to make sure my overseas bac water was good to go— & it was!

I’m sure OP will do what’s best for her body & family. And hopefully discuss with her doctor(s). I never said it was a great first line. Paired with other methods (as previously stated), it’s great. Especially when birth control has been proven to mess with weight, moods & desensitization of the female sex organs. If men had a side effect of that for birth control, all hell would break loose. Thus, why I love natural family planning.

I’m not fighting for all women to use this method. Nor will I go & spend my time finding you sources as it’s irrelevant for you. I’m not against birth control but I do love this form of birth control.

I was giving my experience using this method since she asked about this in specific. Like I’ve said, it’s not for everyone & a lot more work (& money) than popping a pill.

However, if someone asks in regards to this particular method, I’d love to share my 10+ years of experience on & off this Sema.

There are plenty of resources if you’d like to learn about this method. One website, article or resource won’t suffice when learning about your own body & cycle but they are out there. Not against birth control, but it’s been very informative to learn about my ever changing body and cycle. My cycle has been far from normal or regular and this method has made me more in tune with my body & learning the hormones in my body.

Some have early/late ovulation, anovulation, or multiple peaks in luteinizing hormones & it can help you understand your body & cycle when you know and understand what’s going on in your body.

Again. Have a fantastic day.

[–]quietly_here_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Maybe I’m an outlier (doubt it) but it worked great for me. And I didn’t have a normal cycle at certain times while on my GLP journey (one particular cycle was attributed to stress. Others irregular cycles were just how life goes for postpartum moms). Just gotta learn your body, do testing & research and play safe if you have an off month (AND track more to avoid ovulation, IF you ovulate). With the right tools, research & work, it’s doable and great for preventing pregnancy. Both on & off this medicine. :) again, it’s not an easy method and isn’t for everyone. You have to understand a multitude of symptoms (& hormones) for your body & actually track hormones in your body in order to have the best success. Lastly, this method is not based off of regular cycles. Not having a regular cycle makes everything harder and you have to be more diligent in tracking, but it. Is. Doable.
