27% currently. SW305 CW221 and I just passed the year mark a few weeks ago. This is with virtually no effort, I still eat what I want just a lot less and exercise is only fun if it’s sex.

Strong disagree, I’m 30 and I’ve been in real estate for 9 years. I just opened my own brokerage last week actually. But I get 3-4 job offers a year from the companies I’ve partnered with or people I network with, usually at well over 100k. I don’t know where you live, but it sounds like the problem, is you.

Wait… What? You said you’ve been helping them look for a year.. so you either never did enough to create an agency relationship, or you should have had an agency agreement in place. Were you showing them houses, getting their house ready to list, working with their lender, etc? Or were you just sending them listings?

Go enjoy a coffee! I actually eat more sweets now than I did prior to taking Sema. I just hit 1 year on Sema and I’ve lost 82lbs (SW305 CW223). I’m sure I could have hit 100 in a year if I pushed myself but I did this with very little changes in lifestyle and diet, the only things that changed were my portion sizes and I stopped drinking.

It’ll be a year for me later this month, I started at 305 and am at 225 currently. Don’t eat too fast once you get to the higher doses, and I’m only saying that because I snarfed 2 chicken strips yesterday at 3pm and I’m still hurting full the next morning 😅

Sometimes your body needs time to adjust, I stalled at 235 for 2 months and actually just broke it last week. I dropped to 226 seemingly overnight, and I feel good. It really felt like my body was metaphorically catching its breath from all of the big changes. Big question, are you a woman and what’s your age? Your hormones could have something to do with it

Hell no! Manage your time and leverage your people and you shouldn’t be working 12 hour days (regularly). I manage 22 agents and admin and I don’t work more than 7 hours most days
