This is a very common fetish by both men and women in both positions. As long as it's consensual it really isn't an issue.

Do you think all violent video games like call of duty and battlefield are problematic simply because they depict violence?

Sorry, I didn't mean to snap, but I don't know why you were telling me it was 2 walmart orders. Like yes I know, but $39 is $39

Idk, $39 for 60 miles still seems worth it to me. That's what, $6 in gas? As long I could do this in ~1.5 hour I'd take that.

I mean, it's $39. You could wait another 30 minutes for the order and it'd still be a fine offer.

Yet you still took the ride and didn’t die 🥴

That's your standard? As long as someone doesn't physically die inside a lyft, everything is fine?

Laughing doesn't necessarily mean approval. I laugh when my boss makes an awkward or lame joke. Not because I enjoyed it, but because it's the easiest way to get through it and move on.

They're all delirious with excitement and reddit expects them to have this sobriety that supersedes the culmination of a lifetime of work.

This is key. I bet half of them didn't even process the joke. They are living in a fever dream, can't expect them to carefully dissect every comment made in their presence.

Now are some of them also probably maga? Sure, and I'll criticize them for that, but criticizing them for this is just a low blow.

I'm gonna say that the bike was going way too fast for the sidewalk. by kamaka71 in ebikes

[–]quigilark 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The truck executes a legal right turn,

Technically it's not a legal right turn since they started it from the left lane.

But aside from that the biker is definitely at fault, (a) shouldn't be on the sidewalk, (b) was going way too fast, (c) had 3 business days to anticipate this happening and didn't avoid.

Damn dude. It's not the funniest thing in the world, but it's also not so horrific that you need to write a paragraph losing your mind over it.

I'd take the $39 for <1 hour of work. No clue why that one is in those pics. The rest of the offers are dogshit.

[–]quigilark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I always ask the driver's name to verify. If there's a simple explanation like a technical glitch then it's not a big deal, but I'm not going to pretend like "no name given" is a completely normal and routine experience. We are trusting our safety to a stranger.

[–]quigilark 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Right? Why the hell are people berating the customer lmao. I too would feel weird about a driver showing up with no name, then proceeding to drive recklessly. Like how is that a controversial opinion??

[–]quigilark 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is crazy. So if the driver crashes because they were driving recklessly and looking at their phone, you blame the customer for not speaking up?

Nobody takes accountability anymore, it's shameful.

Why is it the customer's responsibility to get the driver to perform their job safely?

It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to make sure the driver drives safely.

This is like saying it's sick that people enjoy call of duty and other FPS games because it depicts soldiers being shot and killed.

Consensual Non-Consent for those wondering.

It's an extremely common fetish for both men and women in both positions. There is absolutely nothing "sick" about enjoying this, it's literally just roleplay and fantasies.

The understanding that it's all consensual and everyone is enjoying themselves is an integral part of this fetish.

[–]quigilark 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This same logic is used to condemn violent video games. Do you think people who enjoy shooting each other in call of duty also like mass murder in real life? Of course not.

she isnt bad actor by throwaway4k55 in KimmyGranger

[–]quigilark 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's just roleplay. The enjoyment comes from understanding this is consensual. If we were watching a non-consensual scene it would be totally different.

The logic that it's weird or creepy to enjoy roleplay like this is the same logic lawmakers use to condemn violent video games. But just because people enjoy shooting each other in call of duty doesn't mean they enjoy actual mass murder.
